Article 1 – Purpose

These terms govern sales through Un Séjour à Blois of short stays in furnished apartments. The properties concerned are La Demeure de Chemonton, La Maison des Chalands, Le Loft des Chalands, La Chambrée des Chalands, Le Nid de Saint-Honoré and Le Cottage de Chitenay.

Every booking entails acceptance of the house rules available in the digital welcome guide and attached to the rental agreement. Failure to comply may result in immediate termination of the stay without a refund, and charges for costs incurred.

Article 2 – Prices

Prices are stated in euros including all taxes (VAT and other taxes applicable on the order date), unless otherwise indicated, and excluding processing and shipping costs.

All orders, regardless of origin, are payable in euros.

Un Séjour à Blois reserves the right to change prices at any time, but the service will be charged at the rate in force when the order is confirmed, subject to availability.

The premises remain the property of COLAS PANNIER or PANNIER including during guests’ stays.

Please note: once the tenant takes possession of the premises (enters the apartment), responsibility for any damage caused in the apartment transfers to the tenant.

For direct bookings, a security deposit is always requested by card pre-authorisation. It covers damage, breaches of house rules, excessive cleaning, lost keys or access cards, and other damage to the accommodation.

The deposit does not limit the tenant’s financial liability if repair costs exceed its amount.

Final cleaning includes standard cleaning only.

Abnormal dirt, unwashed dishes, abandoned rubbish, moved furniture, marks requiring special treatment, or damage to the hot tub or pool may lead to additional charges.

Article 3 – Orders

Contractual information is provided in French and will be confirmed no later than when your order is validated.

Un Séjour à Blois reserves the right not to record a payment or confirm an order for any reason, particularly in the event of availability issues or difficulties with the order received.

Article 4 – Order confirmation

Any order placed on the website unsejourablois.com entails acceptance of these general terms. Confirming an order signifies full acceptance of these terms and conditions of sale without exception or reservation.

The information supplied and recorded confirmation constitute proof of the transaction.

You declare that you are fully aware of them.

Order confirmation constitutes signature and acceptance of the transactions carried out.

A summary of your order will be sent to the email address used for order confirmation.

Article 5 – Payment

Confirming your order entails an obligation to pay the stated price.

Payment is made by bank card on unsejourablois.com.

Article 6 – Cancellation conditions

For bookings on unsejourablois.com for one of our larger properties (La Demeure de Chemonton, La Maison des Chalands, Le Cottage de Chitenay)

Up to one month before your arrival date, you may cancel free of charge. You will receive a full refund in your bank account within two to three days.

From one month to fifteen days before arrival, the refund is 50% of the accommodation charges and all cleaning fees and tourist taxes.

After that date (fifteen days before arrival), all cleaning fees and tourist taxes are refunded. Accommodation charges remain payable.

For bookings on unsejourablois.com for one of our smaller properties (Le Nid de Saint-Honoré, Le Loft des Chalands, La Chambrée des Chalands)

Up to one week before your arrival date, you may cancel free of charge. You will receive a full refund in your bank account within two to three days.

From one week before arrival to the day before arrival, the refund is 50% of the accommodation charges and all cleaning fees and tourist taxes.

After that date, all cleaning fees and tourist taxes are refunded. Accommodation charges remain payable.

For bookings through partner platforms (Airbnb, Booking, Abritel, VRBO), the conditions shown on their websites apply.

Cancellation requests must be emailed to unsejourablois@gmail.com with your first name, surname and the dates of the stay concerned.

Article 7 – Availability

Our properties are offered while they are visible on unsejourablois.com.

If a property becomes unavailable after your order, we will inform you by email. Your order will be cancelled automatically and no bank charge will be made.

Article 8 – VAT exemption

Under Article 261 D, 4° of the French General Tax Code, the rentals offered are exempt from value added tax (VAT).
This exemption applies because:

VAT therefore applies neither to the rental amount nor to any additional charges.

Article 9 – Liability

The products offered comply with current French legislation.

Un Séjour à Blois and the companies COLAS PANNIER and PANNIER shall not be liable for damage resulting from misuse of equipment in the rented premises.

Un Séjour à Blois and the companies COLAS PANNIER and PANNIER shall not be liable for inconvenience or damage inherent in Internet use, including service interruptions, external intrusion or computer viruses.

The landlord’s obligations are suspended in the event of force majeure or an unforeseeable event beyond their control (power failure, municipal works, Internet faults, weather preventing use of outdoor facilities, etc.).

These events do not give rise to a refund unless mandatory law provides otherwise.

Article 10 – Applicable law in disputes

The language of this contract is French. These terms of sale are governed by French law. In the event of a dispute, the French courts have exclusive jurisdiction.

Article 11 – Intellectual property

All elements of unséjourablois.com are and remain the exclusive intellectual property of the companies COLAS PANNIER and PANNIER.

No one is authorised to reproduce, exploit, redistribute or use any part of the site, even partially, whether software, images or sound. Any simple link or hyperlink is strictly prohibited without express written consent from COLAS PANNIER and PANNIER.

Article 12 – Personal data

COLAS PANNIER and PANNIER reserve the right to collect information and personal data about you. These are necessary to manage your order.

They may also be shared with companies involved in these relationships, such as those responsible for managing, providing, processing and taking payment for services and orders.

This information and data are also retained for security purposes and to comply with legal and regulatory obligations.

Under the French law of 6 January 1978, you have rights of access, rectification and objection concerning your personal information and data, exercisable directly on the website.

Article 13 – Archiving and evidence

COLAS PANNIER and PANNIER will archive rental agreements and invoices on a reliable, durable medium constituting a faithful copy under Article 1348 of the French Civil Code.

All parties will consider the computerised records of unsejourablois.com as evidence of communications, orders, payments and transactions between them.
